This 90-minute interactive session kicks off the ICF-CT program year by exploring the concept of professional generosity as a pathway to deeper collaboration, mutual support, and community resilience. Participants will strengthen their capacity to support others while clarifying what they themselves need to thrive. Activities will integrate multiple ICF Core Competencies. Participants will leave with a tangible commitment to practice and receive professional generosity in the coming year.

By the end of this session participants will have:

  • Ignited energy and camaraderie in our coaching community.
  • Reflected on how generosity within the coaching community can deepen coaching effectiveness and ethical alignment.
  • Strengthened commitment to mutual support and collaboration.
  • Identified one action to support peers this year and one need
  • A collection of community wants and offers for reference throughout the year
  • An understanding of how professional generosity connects to the ICF Core Competencies and the coaching mindset.
  • Practiced cultivating trust and presence in peer-to-peer support conversations.
  • Demonstrated active listening skills by exploring another coach’s needs with openness and curiosity.
