Don’t Miss, “Funcomfortable: Help Your Clients Break Out of Their Comfort Zone” - January’s Virtual Meeting/Program
James Garrett, author and founder of “Brain by Design,” will lead this workshop that will demonstrate how to help clients build the necessary cognitive and emotional resources to do the difficult work of personal development. Learn to differentiate whether a client needs help moving out of their comfort zone (needs more challenge) or whether they need help moving out of the panic zone (needs less challenge). Learn how we can make the discomfort of growth more rewarding by adding fun, play, and enjoyment.

Gift of Coaching 2025 prize winners
A big shout out and thank you to the 30 chapter coaches who participated in the 2025 Gift of Coaching program, offering pro bono coaching services to the community during the holiday season.
This year we asked our participants to keep track of their promotional efforts so we could recognize those who effectively used the marketing toolkit provided to support this effort.
The following winners received prizes for creative campaign implementation, social media use and personal outreach efforts:
Grand prize winner: Judy Garfinkel (a custom ICF tote, blanket, journal and mug)
Second prize: Colleen Lauria (tote, journal, coffee tumbler)
Third prize: Tali Graham (journal and tumbler)
Congrats to our winners, and thanks again to all our participants!
